Holiday to Jo’burg botanical Garden!

“The kiss of the sun for pardon

The song of the birds for mirth

One is nearer God’s heart in the garden

Than anywhere else on Earth”

She always wanthumb_DSCN0105_1024ted to sit enchanted in a beautiful garden surrounded fully by its aroma. So, a visit to a nearby botanical garden was immediately made by the couple! Won’t he be in a merry mood, if she sits graciously on the grasses of a garden where multifarious flowers fenced her on serving her Queen flower on spreading their ambrosial and luscious aroma.

Yes! It was his thought as a Queen of flowers. Nobody will disagree to his introspection if they see her! That was none other than the Johannesburg Botanical Garden which is located in the suburb of Emmarentia in Johannesburg.

The Emmarentia Dam is situated immediately to the east of the garden and shares its extensive acreage. The main attractions is the Rose Garden with over 10 000 roses – her dream come true!

The day was quite sunny, yet the incense of beautiful roses and other lovely flowers made us forget the sunshine. Enchanting rose flowers with exquisite colors made us the day! The terraced rose garden with fountains and ponds stood substantial on the eyes of the visitors. A gentle breeze made the roses dance in accordance to the way the breeze was flowing around.

As she was sitting on the rose garden, she was still able to remember the beauty of Emmarentia dam. There were ducks swimming here and there. The bright sun getting reflected in the water was very tempting for a nature loving soul.  The hanging shady white and rose color filled roses from the trees were as if flowers were being sprinkling from heaven seeing this lovable lady.

The fascination of nature had its lustful honeybee to taste its sweet honey from a rose.

Everything was Nature-Nature-Nature!

It’s beauty, the admirable creations, its laudable and paradisiacal aroma & birds chirping around made the heaven come true here for a moment.
