Shiva and Shakthi, male and female energy, are seen as two halves of a whole, each valuable in its own right, each needing the other as a complement. God can be mother as well as father, and the Mother is, finally, divine. Ideally, women are seen as the invisible backbone of society; it is that backbone that holds society upright, and when it falls, so too, according to Hindu thought, does society.
It is not whether you are a man or a woman. It is the dharma and the virtue of right doing matters the most. By one’s manners and good virtues, we tend to become great. All the Gods we feel sacred is not their humane form. It is their right doing virtue, their mannerisms, thoughts ahead of their time be remembered well. Their good deeds were fascinated and prayed as God.
So let us start becoming noble like Lord Ram, Shiva, Jesus, Buddha, Kali, Draupadi, Krishna have lived in this earth beyond the gender discrimination!
